A specialist monitoring system designed to measure and control triacetin application with accuracy across production processes.
- Accurate triacetin monitoring
- Supports consistent application levels
- Designed for production quality control
The HFAC-1 Heated Fluid Application Chamber applies bands of cold or heated liquids to wide moving substrates. The system can be heated via the IFH flavour application system and supports two methods: atomised or extruded application.
Atomisation uses heated air to deposit fluid evenly onto the substrate, while extrusion requires a flat, wrinkle-free surface. Excess liquid is collected in a recovery container, and all heating and control functions are managed by the IFH system.
Our heated fluid application chamber supports configurable application, low waste and precision control for reliable production performance.
Can be supplied with one or two spray applicator, a Extrusion baa, be heated or cold
Designed to apply liquids from Glycol to flavours
Designed for precise application with low waste and efficient fluid recovery.
Applies exact amounts of hot or cold fluids consistently and proportional to machine speed
