Data Logging

Production data and the ability to trace back details of the manufacturing process is fast becoming a standard requirement for many manufacturing plants. We now offer the option of a module for recording and logging production data for most of our glue, flavour and liquid application systems. 

The data logging and data analysis software works via a user-friendly touch screen control panel enable you to operate our system whilst the embedded software collects running data at user specified intervals (typically every few seconds). The software records all events, such as alarm stoppages, calibrations and specification changes. This data collected by the system can be downloaded via USB or Ethernet connections for later analysis. Alternatively, a data analysis and presentation package is available from SPI

If you have an older SPI system we may be able to offer an upgrade to incorporate the data logging facility.
