INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENT MODULES
SPI has a wide range of modules that allow the creation of fluid control systems particularly PVA and Hot Melt adhesive application systems suitable for cigarette, filter, tube and cigar making machines.
We can supply key system elements such as pumps, applicators and heated hoses for incorporation into new or existing machines by customers who wish to integrate SPI technology into their own machines.

Pumps
- Micro-precision gear pumps for cold liquids, manufactured in stainless steel and supplied with magnetic coupling
- Available in a variety of capacities
- Available with a built in stepper motor or supplied to suit customer motor type and size
- Brass body pumps suitable for handling high temperature liquids (up to 200 deg), including magnetic couplings and stepper motor.
- Variety of body shapes
Heated Hoses
- Manufactured to customer specified length, diameter and fittings
- Include heaters and temperature probe to allow for accurate temperature control
- Stainless steel core
Hot Melt Tanks
- Available with one or two pumps
- Different capacities available.
Applicators
- Available for hot and cold liquids
- Different designs available for single, double and multiple lines
