New Updated Molten Menthol System

SPI have launched their new updated Molten Menthol application system, the LDAH-50.

The unit includes an improved pre-melt hopper and molten menthol reservoir system, allowing very rapid startup, together with revised electrics. The main pump has also been upgraded to improve efficiency and allow a greater range of pump capacity options (200g/min, 400g/min and 600g/min).

As with previous models, the equipment can be connected to rod making machines to apply flavour to cigarette paper or tobacco, filter tow or cigar binder and tobacco or foil.

In addition, the following options are now available:

 - inbuilt flowmeter for independent checking of the delivery flow rate

 - cold flavour hopper changepart to allow the system to apply cold flavours

 - thread feed system options are available including thread break detection
